Link analysis (internal and external)

Where do the roads from your site lead, and do they all work?

📖 Detailed description

Links on a site are like roads in a city. Internal links are the streets that lead to different parts of your city (your site), while external links are the highways to other cities (other sites).

Good internal linking helps users discover more useful content on your site - did they just read an article about pizza? Suggest your dough recipe! It also helps Google understand which of your pages matter most.

External links to valuable sources build your credibility. If you write about health and link to scientific studies - excellent! But watch out for broken links - they are like a road that ends in a wall.
