Rules for using the Seometryka service

1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Seometryka website, available at https://seometryka.pl.
1.2. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service. Users will be informed of any changes through the publication of a new version of the Terms of Service on the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service - the Seometryka website available at https://seometryka.pl
- Service Provider - the owner and administrator of the Seometryka Service
- User - any person using the Service
- Service (offering) - the free SEO analysis service for websites provided by the Service
- SEO Analysis - an automated examination of a website in terms of search engine optimization
- Report - the result of an SEO analysis presented to the User on the Service
3. Scope of services
3.1. The Seometryka Service provides a free SEO analysis service for websites, which includes:
- Analysis of meta tags (title, description, keywords)
- Checking the heading structure (H1-H6)
- Verifying website security (HTTPS, security headers)
- Analysis of structured data (Schema.org)
- Checking social media optimization (Open Graph, Twitter Cards)
- Analysis of responsiveness and mobile-friendliness
- Verification of robots.txt and sitemap.xml files
- Analysis of content quality and keywords
- Checking the link structure
- Analysis of image optimization
- Other SEO-related analyses
3.2. The service is completely free and does not require registration or the provision of personal data.
3.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to expand, modify, or limit the scope of the services provided.
4. Rules for using the Service
4.1. Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
4.2. The User may analyze only websites to which they hold rights or for which they have obtained the owner's consent to perform the analysis.
4.3. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, good practice, and these Terms of Service.
4.4. Technical requirements for using the Service:
- A web browser with JavaScript enabled
- An active Internet connection
5. Prohibited actions
5.1. The following are prohibited:
- Taking actions that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Service
- Performing automated analyses on a mass scale (bots, scrapers) without the Service Provider's consent
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes
- Overloading the Service's infrastructure with an excessive number of requests
- Impersonating other persons or entities
- Using the Service to distribute unlawful content
5.2. In the event of a breach of the above prohibitions, the Service Provider may block access to the Service without prior warning.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
6.1. All rights to the Service, including copyrights, trademarks, design, and source code, belong to the Service Provider and are protected by law.
6.2. The User may freely use the analysis results (Reports) generated for their own websites for personal and commercial purposes.
6.3. Copying, modifying, or distributing elements of the Service without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The Service provides services on an "as is" basis. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the analyses are as accurate as possible, but does not guarantee their completeness or error-free nature.
7.2. The analysis results are informational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute professional SEO advice or a guarantee of improved search engine rankings.
7.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made by the User based on the analysis results
- The consequences of changes made to the User's website
- Service interruptions resulting from technical reasons or force majeure
- Damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service
- The content of websites analyzed by Users
7.4. The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous operation of the Service and reserves the right to temporarily suspend services to carry out maintenance work.
8. Complaints
8.1. The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the functioning of the Service.
8.2. Complaints should be submitted via the contact form available on the Service or directly to the email address provided on the website.
8.3. A complaint should contain:
- A description of the problem
- The date and circumstances in which the problem occurred
- The expected solution
8.4. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of their receipt.
9. Personal data protection
9.1. The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
9.2. By using the Service, the User accepts the rules set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Terms of Service
10.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service.
10.2. Users will be informed of significant changes through a clear notice on the Service.
10.3. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Terms of Service.
11. Final provisions
11.1. The Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.
11.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
11.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
11.4. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
11.5. The Terms of Service come into force on the date of their publication on the Service.
